In Europe you inherit a crest.
In America you make your own mark.
Marqed is an American anti-monogram house. The canvas belongs to us. The mark belongs to you.
The anti-monogram house
For a century, luxury houses have asked their customers to wear the house's initials. You paid the house, and then you wore the house. The monogram was a tax, paid in letters that were never yours.
Marqed inverts that gesture. We design the canvas — the pattern, the palette, the proportions — and you set the only two letters that matter: your own.
Made to order. Never reproduced.
Nothing sits in a warehouse. A piece begins the moment a customer sets their initials in the studio. The canvas is rendered, the materials are cut, the stitching is set — for one person, once. No second piece is ever made with the same initials for another customer.
The house mark
The house keeps one mark of its own: MQ. It lives on the inside seam of every piece — a quiet acknowledgement of where the object was made, never the reason it was bought.
