This is a working summary of how Marqed handles personal information. A formal policy will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
What we collect
Information you provide when you place an order or contact us: name, email, shipping address, the initials you submit for personalization, and the contents of any messages you send. We also collect basic site analytics (page views, device type) to improve the storefront.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Marqed does not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
How we use information
To produce and ship your order, to respond to customer-care requests, and, with your permission, to send occasional updates from the house.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share only what is necessary with the production partner who fulfills your piece and the carrier who delivers it.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for cart persistence, session state, and analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser; some features may not function.
Deletion requests
To request deletion of your personal information, write to care@marqed.co. We will respond within 30 days.
