Because every Marqed piece is personalized and made to order, all sales are final — with the exceptions noted below.
Defects & transit damage
If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, write to care@marqed.co within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographs. We'll arrange a free replacement at no cost to you.
Change of mind
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Each piece is cut and stitched for one customer, bearing initials that are not transferable.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After that window, the piece is in the atelier and cannot be cancelled.
