Terms of Service
A working version of the terms that govern the use of Marqed and the purchase of made-to-order goods. Final terms will be reviewed by counsel before public launch.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance by Marqed. Prices and availability may change without notice. An order is confirmed only when we send a written confirmation by email.
Made-to-order
Every piece is produced to order with the initials and configuration you submit. Production begins shortly after order confirmation. Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of order placement.
Intellectual property
Marqed owns all rights in the house patterns, motifs, color systems, marks, and the MQ house mark. You are granted no license in those works other than ownership of the physical piece you purchase.
You supply only your initials. By submitting initials, you confirm they are yours to use and do not infringe any third-party trademark or include offensive content. Marqed may decline, at its sole discretion, to produce any combination that matches a recognized house monogram, includes hateful or offensive content, or otherwise conflicts with the values of the house.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marqed's liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected piece.
Governing law
